What are Strategy Evaluation, Planning and Implementation?

Why would I need them?

Strategy evaluation, planning and implementation documents a top-down review of your current or proposed organization with a focus on defining and then executing the general approaches which will enable you to obtain the goals you seek. Every organization needs to conduct some level of strategic review on at least a bi-annual basis. Strategy evaluation, planning and implementation investments ensure that your organization is properly focused on its markets/customers and operating at the desired level of efficiency.
