About Us
SCR (SCR), is a special organization staffed by special people. Our founder,
David R. Bailey, spent four years formulating and evaluating the concept for SCR before presenting it to market.
What makes our firm special? It’s the people within SCR. We bring together the unique, creative talents of local and geographically dispersed people to create innovative, workable, and measurable results for our clients.
How? By utilizing today’s technologies to the fullest extent, SCR controls internal costs while obtaining the best in expertise in each of the consulting disciplines we offer. Our clients are able to draw on the nationwide network of resources we have established without having to pay travel and increased overhead expenses incurred by other organizations that rely solely on local staff.
And, our people are special as well. SCR’s staff has been built one person at a time. Each new full-time staff member is evaluated first as an independent consultant under subcontract to SCR before being invited to join our firm. In this fashion, we have developed a staff that trusts, respects, and understands the abilities and work habits of each other. This collegial environment significantly increases our ability to execute work assignments rapidly, accurately, and with proven results.
At SCR, we maintain that there is no such thing as people with limitations in the workplace. We believe that there are simply cases where the right opportunities have not existed for many highly creative and productive people to find outlets for their talents. We constantly seek out fresh talent with valid and innovative concepts and, if they are compatible with our culture, integrating their skills in whatever fashion works best for them and subsequently – our clients.
